In general, we try to restock items that are in high demand. you can always check our website to see if the item you would like to buy is restocked and to check our latest collections.
We ship to the United States of America only.
Delivery time frame is between 5-10 working days and delivery is totally FREE.

Most probably it is because the order is shipped from our overseas warehouse and you will start getting updates once our US warehouse receives the item and dispatch it to USPS.

Crystal Wardrobe will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labels. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. We do not accept worn clothing.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)
All swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates are final sale and non-refundable.
