We are happy to answer your questions

We ship your orders from various warehouses within USA. Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfilment centers around USA in order for you to receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way. If you do not receive all your purchase within 10 days, please contact us to look into your shipment.


No, Unfortunately to be able to maintain our service's quality, we only ship into USA. once we are able to expand, we will annouce it on our website.

It usually takes only 2 - 10 business days for shipping, depending on your location.


Tracking information will begin delivering upon dispatch of your order. You will receive your tracking number via the email you place your order through. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you’re unable to find your dispatch email. If 2 business days have passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply drop us an email at info@crystalwardrobe.com and we'll check it out for you right away.

If there's an issue with your package, please contact our Support Team. Please be sure to include your order and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem, and any case or reference numbers you have started with the carrier.


Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents or backlogs. 

There are no duty or customs charges because all of our products are shipped from Inside USA to your address.

Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email info@crystalwardrobe.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

If you received a defective/damaged item, Kindly contact us by sending an email to info@crystalwardrobe.com, let us know your problem and please don't forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly showcase the status of the order.
